FreshCredit ‑ Store Credit

HORRIBLE. Because it doesn't work. Customers are trying to checkout and can't because the credit isn't showing up in their account. I literally have to send screen shots to show people it is in there.
AND, a customer cannot use a coupon code and their store credit at the same time. That is insane. A store credit is like cash. Why would you not also be able to use a coupon and cash.

I don't mean to leave a review but I couldn't find another way to ask a question. I set up FreshCredit as per the video, walked my customer through the steps as per the video and his credit didn't show up in check out and he got fed up and just ended up paying which was rather embarassing. Could you pls help me figure out/fix what went wrong pls?

This app works really well for our needs. I don't find it to be an attractive presentation and I wish I could modify the text on the pop-up box. Our clients are often confused when they have to check "I'd like to use all my credit today" because they think all their credit will disappear. Small improvements could be made, but it works well and makes our lives easier.

This application is great, simple and effective. The customer service has installed me very quickly and those despite the problem of translation because I am French and my English is bad. I use it for prepaid cards so I can also manage my clients' credits internally

A great app for tracking Credit Notes and really quick, excellent customer service. Very easy to use. Sadly we couldn't use it as it conflicted with another wholesale app we were using. Gutted.

Does not work. My clients credits do not show up as promised with this app. I am cancelling as it is a waste of money

apps looks pretty good. We see there big potential for customer retention. However need to test it for longer time.
