It is not the easiest app to use for me, but the support is impressive. I am getting support on skype all the time, which i am very glad. I suggest the yearly plan for instant support. I am not sure if it is included in monthly plan.

I am very pleased with the support from the CedCommerce Fruugo Integration team. This is a great example when you don’t have to say how it should work and what needs to be done, but when the team takes over the entire process of integrating your catalog with the Fruugo marketplace.
We had one first call to get acquainted with the service, and after a while, I began to receive orders from Fruugo, which were fully integrated into my Shopify. Now we have to set up and optimize the already working integration to find the best products, prices, and types of product presentations, and I'm sure that the guys will support me in this, but the most important thing is that we successfully completed the main stage of integration and coordination with Fruugo and I did not waste my time and CedCommerce team always let me know of what was going on.
