Its one of the most useful apps out there for customer interaction using social media and using customers as brand ambassadors.

I'm going to give this 5 Stars Cause I love the idea so far and I know that they are working on adding some features to make this great. I've also had a great experience with customer support and talking to the founder on what improvements need to be made.

I've hired multiple companies to help with influencer outreach without much success. The idea that I can start partnering with my customers to promote my brand is brilliant. Setup was simple and straight forward. I appreciated the customization on the placement and size of the items on my home page. I've already made lots of suggestions on how to improve the app and I feel like my feedback has been heard and they are working on these items.

I have had a about 10% sign up rate from my customers and I'm looking forward to working with them. Great Idea and can't wait to see whats next

Our experience with Gatsby and working with Brett has been top notch.

Idea:

I've perused just about every marketing plugin on Shopify and this was one of the only ones to catch my attention. It's seems like such a simple idea and I'm surprised it hasn't been more widely adopted: trade social shares for a small discount. As a new brand trying to grow our online presence and brand familiarity, it makes a lot of sense!

Design:

Love being able to customize everything from the colors to the fonts. It allows everything to look very on-brand.

Service:

Brett did an intro video walkthrough with us which was super helpful and has been very fast to respond with any small questions during setup. The tool is easy to install but if you are sometimes tech clumsy, their team is ready to help!

We initially signed up to Gatsby to automate outreach for our micro influencers but have since used it to assist with scaling out and managing our influencer database at large. Brett and the Gatsby team have been incredible to work with, always willing to jump on calls with us and actively building out features that we request at record speed. For example, after mentioning to Brett that we were using the customer service Helpdesk 'Gorgias' to reply to emails and DMs, the Gatsby team went ahead and built out a Gorgias integration for us. We are now working with Gatsby to improve this integration so that we can prioritise and/or customise automated replies to Influencers through this service. We would highly recommend Gatsby to any e-com brands looking to either grow their influencer outreach or manage high volumes of influencer collaboration requests.

We are so excited to launch our ambassador program with Gatsby, it is really going to amplify our influencer marketing as we have such a high demand of micro and nano influencers reaching out to us!
It has been a great experience working with the Gatsby team, they have been extremely hands on with setup, responsive to our feedback and ideas, and sometimes implementing new product features we request within a matter of days - their service in this respect has been unparalleled to that of any other team we have partnered with!

I have been intimidated by influencer marketing so I am excited to find Gatsby. I had a few questions and when I contacted the support, he provided answers to all my questions promptly. Within 15 minutes of installing the app, I was able to set it up and integrate with Klaviyo. Thank you for awesome support.

Amazing app and Brett gives the best customer support, even when he's out and just on his phone, not sure on the results yet but looks amazing potential to grow social media, time will tell but well impressed so far, thanks Brett!

This is the best app. I used yet .If i could give it 10 stars i would. Brett has great customer service and it was so easy to set up took less than 5 min. and he was with me the whole time .Plus the 7 day trial you cant go wrong.
