I´m really thankful for Christos´ help, he helped me with some things I didn´t understand and on top, he suggested some changes that I needed in my store.

A few days ago I reached out to customer service and I was assisted by Christos. He was very helpful, and went beyond merely answering my question by offering valuable, useful insight into my website which helped with the consent banner. He will no doubt continue to be a valuable asset to the customer service team. I look forward to his on-going help when needed.
Excellent app, and excellent support from Christos, who helped us to get it set up correctly and also to check that we are now GPDR-compliant. Which we are! :-)
We started using the free version and the needed to upgrade to premium to ensure compliance with GDPR laws in Germany. I have been in contact with Christos from the customer service for quite a while to get all the necessary information and implementation. Christos has been extremely helpful and even provided some tips on how to optimise the banner. On top, he implemented a custom rule for us to tackle the reCaptcha challenge. A brief search for cheaper alternatives has shown, that we would unlikely get a cheaper option. So we gladly stayed with Pandectes, knowing their customer service is best in class. Does exactly what it should and with great support.
We spent a lot of time and effort looking for an app that did GDPR compliance properly and actually caught everything. Finally we found Pandectes which really does do everything and it does it well. Support has been fantastic and the subscription is very reasonable for what you get.
It is user-friendly app. Even as a non-expert, I found the interface easy to navigate. The support team is outstanding – they responded promptly to my questions. Special thanks to Christos, who not only assisted me but also pointed out that I was missing an important imprint page on my website, a requirement in Germany.
