So far my experience has been great. I would recommend, easier than most other POD apps.
The only thing I recommend is making the DPI warning clearer during upload and allowing different DPI options for various print sizes when adding products to stores.
For example, when I was uploading an A4 file, it initially said 150 DPI was required. After updating the file, it changed to 300 DPI, then went back and forth between giving incorrect advice, which was confusing.
It would also be great if the mockups could be improved. They are quite small and do not realistically show what the final product looks like.

Almost 2-3 years with Gelato and I'm really disappointed with the new prices. No way you can make a margin with this prices. Especially the framed posters

The print quality is very low. Some products have smudged ink, and it's clear they will wear out after just a few washes. It took a long time to arrive, and I imagined that for the price, the product would be much higher quality. I can't offer this level of quality to my customers. High cost, slow delivery, and poor quality.

Just started my business and already sold five shirts the quality choices are great so many options and they responded to me pretty reasonably timing. Quality of the print was amazing. I love the name, gelato So far everything is Okie dokie Very new business not really advertising yet but it will be fun To see it grow and offer more products through this Company

Super easy to handle, the dashboard gives a clear oversight. I work with Gelato now for two days and I like that I can add the designs in bulk (but not the Label - inner neck?), the price editor with the shipping cost, very practical. It has a AI Mockup image creator and the images are very good, and an AI editor for title and description. I decided to work with Gelato, because it is based in Germany for me as a European based store a pluspoint. Let's see how it works further.

constant payment issues when i have a positive balance and auto replenish set up.
Customer service takes over a week to respond. Printful isn't great but go back to it because Gelato is worse

I would like to clarify that the payment problems occured because automatic top-ups were not enabled, which caused the orders to fail due to insufficient balance in the Gelato Wallet.
