The App is very easy to use. It's a must have if you want to scale your business. Also the copy paste between pages or saving blocks are perfect to work faster and in a pixel perfect way.
The price is also perfect, no need to spend $500 per month.

Customer Support Representatives indeed work, and won't leave without help, however, it can take much longer for them to reply, but it is worth it.
