Mona gave such excellent service and solutions. I communicated the issue with screenshots, and she understood right away what needed to be done by fixing the code for me, following through on the results, and offering solutions that I didn't even hope to get fixed. She also sent fun gifs and emojis, which made the overall interaction fun and pleasant. Thanks Mona!

Took me a little learning but Tony in Support was awesome and guided me through. The issue was user error :) Have now done 2 pages will update on improved conversions a little later.

I am addicted to Gem Pages! They always make my Shopify product pages look so much more professional. And on top of that, their support is superb! I've run into little snags that I just could not figure out, and have reached out to them several times. Each time, they figured out my error and helped me fix it right away.

I've used a lot of page editors (like 4-5) but GemPages is my favourite. Even tho I'm not the best site builder, I've been able to create somewhat beatuful site :) I mean you can always improove right.
And when ever I needed any help their support was always here for me even a 2AM. Which is much appriciated. The team is absolutely lovely especially Rachel and Tom!

Annie and everyone else on the support team has been super super helpful, offering above and beyond support for anything I ask. I can't say I've ever had as helpful tech support as GemPages has. Much appreciated and they've got a loyal customer.

You need to get used to it but works better then expected. Support also helps

GemPages is an easy to use platform with fantastic customer service! The templates and drag and drop content blocks make designing our web pages super easy. If I ever get stuck and don't know how to do something I just use the easy message function to ask someone from GemPages for help and they are always ready and willing to assist within a very quick timeframe. Can't recommend them enough!

I've redesigned my entire shop using GemPages, which was completely new to me as I only have some Photoshop skills. The entire team, including Mona, Harry, Dzung, and Elisabeth, supported me with any ideas I had.
