Would be great if you could make the text customisable on the pop up so we can personalise it. I am looking for alternatives as it's very abrupt & doesn't suit my store.

More or less most things work, but if you're from the Czech Republic and you're waiting to be automatically offered to change to your language, you'll be waiting forever.
Brilliant App. gives my site a professional confidence ! thank you guys at shopify team , I wander if we have an app for the complete site translations with the same professionality .
i found it makes it easy for international marketing especially in those countries do not speak english as a mother language .
I really like how the app works and detects where my customers are from. It integrates with the theme very well and detects the colors automatically. BUT, for me there is one thing that is missing. I can't change the text in the pop-up. My company sells services so we don't actually ship anything, but the pop-up says we do ship to a couple of countries, so this is confusing to our customers.

Nice to finally see this added as a free option on Shopify and not something I have to pay another $120 a year for. Overall it's working fine for me. If you're having problems with adding this app you might want to check your theme's changelog as you might have to update to the latest version of your theme. This was the case for me. It's a headache but worth it.
I wish there was more customization for this app such as being able to change the wording used.
Finally, it would be nice if there was an option available to have currency set automatically based on location rather than requiring a pop-up or header box asking the customer if this is something they want. Arrive to the site from the US and get US currency automatically; arrive to the site from Canada and get Canadian currency automatically.

Thanks for your review. We are exploring giving more control on the content we show in the recommendation.
We do not provide an option to automatically set the default currency based on location because this may lead to problems with SEO and Google Merchant Center.

As per an email from Shopify that this app was going to be added to shops as of Oct. 4, I decided to download it ahead of time and right away it caused issues for customers viewing my website outside of Canada. It displayed incorrect prices that were converted TWICE! So if I had an item that was $45 cad it should have displayed $37 usd, but instead converted it again to $29.50 (the US equivalent of $37cad). How does that even happen? I fear for everyone who will find out bad this app is on Oct. 4th

- The language switcher selector menu should have the option to be on the header.
- The language selector pop-up should have an option for nation flags representing the languages instead of just text as it would be easier to navigate for visitors that can only read in one of the languages.
