GermanDrop offers excellent costumer service. My manager, Ashley, is problem solving oriented and very effective in her work; plus she is funny to talk to and always understanding and helpful. I placed my samples order and am very happy with the overall quality of the items, the shipping was fast enough too. What is left is to set up the items on my shopify stores to actually sell, which is a bit confusing and there is no actual guide. It would be really nice if they added an automation to import and synch the items from their catalog for faster connection and avoid listing confusion. General opinion about GermanDrop: very high. Good work!!
