I am trying to cancel my subscription for the past few days but I can't. There's no cancel my subscripion or anything.
The contact they have is not replying/working.
Please, assist with the cancelling the subscription.
In order to cancel the subscription you need to uninstall the app.
Click on Apps and "App and sales channel settings".
There you will see the list of all installed apps. Click uninstall next to the app.
Besides the tool being very good, the support is excellent.
I asked them to add a webhook trigger to the form, and they promptly resolved it.

Excellent customer service.
We use this application practically since we started our online adventure. The app was almost perfect, but one detail was missing to make it what we needed to deliver a perfect experience for our customers. This app works great for hiding the $0 price tag on our custom products, and allowing the customer to "request a quote". I had a couple little issues and Adam corrected them within hours. Highly recommended!!

I've been using this for over 2yrs, and it works very well, I like the ability to create custom forms for different products. Customer service helpful, as I wanted to create the button to look the same as other buttons on my site, was done within 24hrs.
