This app does exactly as advertised, and it is very easy to use. I couldn't find a $29.99 plan. The minimum is $49.99 per month, which seems a little pricey. In the end, I like the app and plan to continue using it.

It's one of the excellent apps for my store. It solved my problem with the gifting for my customers. I can easily add the conditions, choose, what I want to give to the customers, I can see the reporting stuff, etc. And all wrapped up in a simple and intuitive application that is easy to use. Thank you guys.

Easy to integrate into your Shopify store. Every time I've reached out to support, I receive an answer in minutes (which is a huge plus) from Glecy who is super useful. The UI is easy to use and straight forward. There could be some more features to customise the widgets but overall a great app!

Support team of this app is lightning fast and the app it self is very easy to use.

Very good app, even better support. The app works well so far. Initially we had some issues with a theme conflict but support resolved it quickly. I've had to contact them three times since installation (only once really for proper technical support) and each time I hear back almost immediately and they helped me very efficiently. My only criticism is I think its expensive for an app that comprises such a small addition to the site and that may prevent me from using it long term - but I would probably say that about 90% of the apps on here.

The UI is well-designed, and the mechanism is solid, reliable, and refreshingly straightforward. We really like it. It’s clearly a high-quality product, and it shows. That’s why, despite many other apps available on the Shopify store with even more features, we chose to stick with this one.

To be clear: this is a 5-star app in our eyes—the quality is unquestionable. We’re only holding back on the full rating in hopes that Italian will be added as a supported language soon. Since our store is multilingual, this is a significant issue for us. We're also looking forward to seeing a few new features added (which we've already suggested to their great support team).

Speaking of support: it's truly excellent. We're honestly very impressed and enthusiastic.

We also want to mention that we’ll definitely be trying Candy Rack for the Christmas season—it looks amazing. Quite expensive, but it seems worth it.

Amazing support! We encountered a few issues with how a gift was being added to the cart and the support team were super helpful and quickly implemented fixes.

Ran into an incompability issue with our Shopify theme (Eclipse) but it was fixed within hours, all while getting realtime updates over Live chat. Perfect service.

Also the UI/UX of the plugin is very good, both for the customers and for the admin. Best and simplest Free Gift app I could find, and I tested exactly 17 of them, paid and free. Suits anyone's needs perfectly if you just need to give a free gift automatically, where Shopify's built in Buy X Get Y discount type lacks automation (requires manual action from the customer, a discount code and/or an add to cart, from the customer in order to get the gift)

The app is robust and we love the ability to tailor the settings for our sales. In the rare chance you have issues, their customer and tech support are EXCELLENT and available 24/7.
