The app works very smoothly. Easy to set up. Customer response has been excellent so far & our AOV is up! The service from the team is also excellent. Really loving the experience.
The App does, what we need. Simple and reliable.
There could be a few more customization options but that is more on the nice to have than need side of things.

We had a little issue and they were super fast and super helpful.
I was having an issue with the free gift I had set up propagating in fulfillment. I got on chat. It referred me to a human. They jumped on the problem and had it resolved within 30 minutes. I'm a very happy and well supported Gift Box customer. Thank you
