Solid 5-stars for this app. Sometimes, the best way to test how well an app will support your business is to break it and see how the developer responds. I found a small issue with a broken image on the gift fulfillment page. Reached out to the developer with a screenshot. Very responsive and thankful for identifying the issue. They corrected it promptly. Lots of value in this app if you want a gift card solution on any Shopify plan.

Have been using the app for 2 months now and we love it. Easy to use and customer support is excellent. We use the gift card and rewards program.

I use this app to help us with both physical and eGift cards, eGift cards being a new feature for us. Capabilities for both are really great and the ability to create different denominations in bulk for the physical cards (before sending the printer) is seamless. The only thing it could be done better is the new dashboard while it is simple and I have a hard time navigating it.

I use this app to generate referrals and repeat business. My customers love how simple it is to redeem store credit rewards and spend more in my store.
