Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

I feel like this app was designed with my gift shop in mind. The setup process is intuitive and the customer service is top notch (thank you Ari!). The features (e-gifting + gift cards + greeting cards) are customizable. Amongst all the apps I have, it’s one of the most important ones. The monthly fee (30$) is so worth it! I’m loving all of it.

UPDATE: I've been using this app for a while now and it' even more amazing than I first thought. In addition to offering e-gift cards, I've been able to create physical gift cards! It's really awesome to be able to offer customers a gift card in person! The Gift Wizard team continues to be awesome as well! Thanks Roy and Ari!

Neat tool, could be a little cheaper but works as advertised.

So far so good in terms of what the app offers. I am looking forward to see how this app performs in my store. Had to contact support and response from Ari and the team was swift.

Used this app for bulk Gift Card import. Although the import went well, downloading the subsequent csv file for the generated give cards did not work. However, this was quickly resolved by the RISE support team.

Couldn't ask for a better Loyalty app! We were using a points based app but providing customers with Store Credit that is in my store's currency is great, they actually know what they are receiving. Plus the support team were very knowledge and patient (even for those of us that are less tech savvy).
I've only been using Rise a few weeks that but really promising so far.

Great service, our customers love the app! They have also been very helpful in explaining the features to me and product development.
