Rise. is. amazing. Seriously, their 'send as a gift' option for gift card sets the standard for gift cards. Our business focuses around gifts, and this feature is a key part of our offering. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Shopify's native gift card app doesn't allow for scheduling and requires that that the gifter forward their receipt email to the giftee. Not the best gifting experience. Gift Wizard makes it possible for you to have those features AND stay in the lower Shopify plan until you grow. It was definitely a win for us.

2018/19: I started an automated campaign sending gift cards after purchase to people who spent over $100 and $50 and with-in a week I generated $1700 in revenue with $300 in gift card cost. That is pretty spectacular! ‍ 2020: Update: I use this app for so many things, from give aways, first time buyers, subscriptions, etc and in less than a year it has generated over $42K. Noa and Roy are spectacular. The app has only gotten better since I started using it. App is super easy to use and set up. ‍ Update again 11-17-21: Rise continues to be a valuable app on our store. We have been using it for years now and see it as a great marketing tool. The team at Rise feels like they are an extension of our team. We couldn't be happier. Not to drop names, but Pauline is wonderful. Helpful, caring, and really listens.

AMAZING app!

We've been looking for something like this for ages! I wish we'd find out about it 2 years ago really, this app is hands-down the best gift card app out there.

They just made the whole gift card thing so easy to use and intuitive. It looks just like Shopify dashboard and they keep releasing new features all the time.

The support team answered all of our questions almost instantly and our customers LOVE gift cards haha. Pricing is a joke for the added value we get out of it. I really have nothing bad to say about this app.

Excellent app!! One of the few apps that we've never had an issue with.... except when we somehow messed up the formatting on the product page. But their support team responded quickly and helped us fix the issue. If you're looking to add custom gift cards, a loyalty program, and an easy store credit option, this is your app.

not a fan. Glitchy. Some of my customers were receiving super high gift card amounts and I couldn't figure out why those credits were like that. They were supposed to get 1% cash back credit and I had customers getting $51 and $13 in store credits.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the Klaviyo integration/flow that Pauline from Rise.ai patiently helped me trace back to a Shopify admin setting.

WARNING When I tried to cancel my subscription they refunded the fee of $199 and turned around and back charged me over $618. They said it was my fault as I mistakenly clicked to change the plan when trying to look for a way to cancel it. When I reached out to support for help I was told I should have paid attention to the warnings about the monthly overages. I explained what happened and was told too bad. I paid $199 on April 12, 2022 to cover April 12 - May 11. I tried canceling on May 12. They are now refusing to refund me. This is outright fraud and a scam. Buyer beware!

Great support! I have recently downloaded this app. It seems pretty cool, just having some issues with displaying proper currency.

Terribly expensive, almost feels like a scam. The app charges for orders which are coming on our store and have nothing to do with a usage of the app. The fees are even higher per order than Shopify's own % order fee.

This app was very helpful in launching our gift card program. The support team was quick to respond to questions and helped sort out any difficulties I experienced.
