Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Easy to use, and very helpful.
My store getting more orders since I add it to my store.
Very fast and friendly customer service.

We are using this app for brick and mortar and online - rewards, gift cards and store credit. The online functionality on Shopify with gift cards is much improved now that we are using Rise. After one support call - (Ari assisted me) I am very impressed! Thank you for the help and for the great app.

Rise.ai has been wonderful for us. Imported all our gift cards in a matter of a few hours, when compared to the alternative it has literally saved me days worth of work. Thank you guys!

On my hunt for the right loyalty and gift card program, there were two key things I was looking for:
1. Simple customer interface 2. Simple business set up
‘Simple’ it certainly is, yet Rise is also sophisticated. You can completely customize how, when, and why you reward your customers, you can send reminders for unused credit, you can activate a referrals program, and you can also issue a credit instead of refunds. The results? So far, they’ve been great! The loyalty perks I’ve set up are so good that it makes me want to buy my own products!
The video tutorials and customer support team have also been helpful. Highly recommend.

Ari offers an incredible support and he is the reason why we chose gift wizard. We needed a feature which would allow us to add our own pictures and they made it possible within 5 days. Furthermore, our free trial was about to end and the feature we requested was not ready yet. They extended our free trial and after two days the feature was there. On top of this they even allowed us to enter a pre-defined message as a template for users who struggle to write something when they want to send a gift.

The feature itself is close to being perfect. I have offered some suggestions that would further improve Gift Wizard. They told me they will be working on them.

The cost of the app initially gave me pause but it is well worth it! The digital gift cards are beautiful and easy to create and the app provides so many options for small businesses to grow. I definitely recommend downloading.

I struggled to import CSV file that complies to their format. Stay has been a great help to setup a video call and solve all the queries in order to get started. He gave me some practical tips as well. The app itself offers a better solution at an affordable price compared to other app. It is less complicated for my customers to understand. They get to see the amount instead and use the store credit when they make their purchase which I think it will increase the rate of conversion. Their email template is very useful. Overall I am very happy and I am not easy to please.
