Ari was amazing during my tutorial for the app! I sent a email and within 10 minutes, we were chatting. I can't wait to upload this app for my customers!
The app is very effective and works as expected. Support has been just as great and very responsive. It has generated me quite a few new customers using the workflow feature. Store credit and loyalty services are also great. It gives customers a reason to open accounts, increase cart value and come back to the store because they know that they're going to get real money in return.
Last but not least - the gift card service is awesome and adds a level of professionalism to my website.
Would highly recommend.

It's very robust, but very complicated to get set up at first. Definitely push to get an account manager up front in order to get quicker response times. Their live chat is helpful and has fairly short response times, but an account manager was a game changer for us. They are still working on adding features and I think our use cases have added significantly to that feature request list. However, they have made exceptions to have their dev team do work arounds to satisfy our needs for things that aren't even available on the app yet. That is very much appreciated and in that way I feel we've received a personalized experience. All in all, I'm glad we made the switch. The user experience is much better than our previous app and a positive and simple user experience is worth any potential growing pains.
We upgraded our loyalty program with Rise.ai and love all the new features offered! Customer support has also been super helpful and responsive with any migration issues

What a fantastically useful app!
We love this program! It's very powerful and effective in actually getting people to come back to the store/purchase, by sending them store credit or gift cards. We also use this app for sending rewards.
We've tried other gift card programs, and of course, shopify gift cards, but are definitely happiest with giftwizard.
