Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

So far so good. It is a great app with lots of unique features. We decided to use this app instead of point based loyalty apps. Easy to use, too and very friendly and prompt customer support.

Great experience for install and use this app for our e-commerce business as a coffee roaster. The customer service is very helpful to get instantly guidance.

This app is awesome! It has a great interface and setup is easy. All my questions were answered promptly by Pauline and I highly recommend using this app.

Been loving the app so far to help with my store credit. So easy to use and customer service is also amazing a quick to help with anything.

When I had an issue with the email notifications, Pauline checked into it and helped me quickly. She also allowed me to use a feature that was only for upgraded plans, which was so kind and really helped us out since we only needed that one feature and not everything else in the upgraded plans. I really appreciated their customer service and we like the app so far!

I have not launch my store yet, but so far I am loving this app! It lets me customize the E-greeting card the way I want to, but most importantly; a great customer service / help! Since there is not many gift card customization app, this is definitely a MUST-HAVE!!! - I cannot wait to write more review about my experience with GiftWizard® once my store is up and running! - Stay tuned!
