Someone hacked our rewards program and I panicked and went on the messenger and figured I would never hear from anyone.
within a few minutes, Eddie hopped on, and was super informative and so attentive. Not only did Eddie help us yesterday, but I wrote him again today, and he knew the case from yesterday and continued to help. I thought that was really great, because he already understood what was happening. WE are really impressed with this app, and their customer service.

The Rise gift card app has been extremely useful for us. It has helped us enhance our customers' gift card experience adding customizable processes as well as setting up reminder flows that do all the heaving lifting for us. The support team is also fantastic and very willing to hop on the phone and communicate over email to work out any questions.

App is functional, support is friendly and helps us in any question to build a loyalty system for our clients. Would be nice to have a whatsapp integration as well, hope this option will be available in future.
Just getting started with Gift Wizard. My store is not active at this point. Gift Wizard's staff has been great to work with. I'm anticipating the gifting app will help me reach my objective of sharing a life giving message!

Rise has been amazing so far. So much better than out of the box Shopify Gift Card Features. Their support and implementation team has been wonderful as well. Itay and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure our headless Shopify integration went as smooth as possible

The software itself doe have some loopholes but Very helpful customer care staff. Eddie and Pauline went out of their way to help!

We are just starting out using this app but, after trying a few others, we can say, at least so far, this app is above and beyond better than the others! It has great features and is easy to use and set up. Everything is pretty much straightforward and, the questions we did have, Eddie was very quick to answer and helped us tremendously. Highly recommend this app!
