Wonderful feedback thus far. Takes the stress off gifted orders. No additional "notes" to include in packaging and recipient already knows the correct size is coming. (app is in early stages)

Developers are very responsive and address any concern promptly.

Definitely worth adding to your store; Have seen an increase in 'gifted' sales!

Love this app!

I am a developer and use it in a number of my stores

A must have for any store interested in expanding clientele and adding a gifting option.

The integration is very simple.
They recently released version 2.0 so we needed to make some adjustments but the customer service team was great and took care of personalization quickly and efficiently.

Have also received positive feedback from customers who particularly appreciate the option of only including an email address/phone number of the receiver.

Their Customer Service is very fast and helpful! The option to send the gift card as a gift is super helpful and has made our customer service questions around gift cards decrease significantly. What could be better - having the ability to see the message on the checkout page and order confirmation email so people can be sure their message went through. Sometimes people have trouble sending/receiving gift cards, so having the option to send confirmation emails to the person who sent the gift card would be helpful.

Note the unlike what you've mentioned, customers can see the gift card greeting details on the checkout page, and the buyer does receive a confirmation email once a gift card is purchased and sent.

Add this app to help send gift cards to recipients. Their customer service was great and they where able to make the changes I requested instantly.

Updating my review: they heard the feedback about overbranding their logo all over everything and changed this! I do think this is the best software on the market for loyalty + store credits etc, good functions and it's a comprehensive suite.

I see that you've uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times which may have prevented the trial from being applied. We can help with this!

Regarding whitelabeling/Rise logo, our Pro plan is $159.99 or $199.99 per month (depending which plan you select) which allows for the Rise.ai logo to be removed from all assets.

Our Premium plan is $479.99 or $499.99 per month and includes removing the Rise logo from all emails.

Actually, we did grant you the trial period so you could test the Pro version of this app. I just checked and it did start on August 1st.
