Yair and his team were very responsive and super helpful to get things up for my holiday promotions. I had some technical issues and customization needs and they jumped in right away to help me out.
It's a fantastic app to manage customer store credits and gift cards. It seamlessly integrates with Shopify and gives the customer the ability to view their gift card and store credit balances on the account page. The Rise team has also been extremely helpful in getting us set up and resolving any issues/questions that came up.
The rise app is does what we need without too much drama. But their documentation less than optimal... The tech support, however, is really outstanding. My recent interaction with Junalou was typical - good, concise information that pointed to an answer and a solution.

This app is really easy to set up, and very effective from a customer point of view. Plus the merchant is extremely responsive and helpful with questions, and customisation.
