Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

Itay and his team have been incredibly helpful in getting us set up to issue store credit to our employees. They work with you to find or create solutions to existing or potential issues that could come up. We are very happy to be working with them.

It's very robust, but very complicated to get set up at first. Definitely push to get an account manager up front in order to get quicker response times. Their live chat is helpful and has fairly short response times, but an account manager was a game changer for us. They are still working on adding features and I think our use cases have added significantly to that feature request list. However, they have made exceptions to have their dev team do work arounds to satisfy our needs for things that aren't even available on the app yet. That is very much appreciated and in that way I feel we've received a personalized experience. All in all, I'm glad we made the switch. The user experience is much better than our previous app and a positive and simple user experience is worth any potential growing pains.

Being a small company with a start up mentality, we need more than just apps, we need partners. Rise's functionality met our needs and the Rise team have been great partners to help solve problems. We launched quickly and immediately saw results with an easy customer experience. Coming enhancements will solve more of our challenges and we are looking forward in leveraging the app to grow our business.

We use this app for gift cards and we really love the feature so far. Eddie was great helping me set things up. He was very fast and had answers to all my questions.

4 starts only because the customer doesn't have the freedom to choose the amount of $ to gift. The gift card value is pre-set by the store owner. Overall, the app has worked fine for my store and the support team member, Ari, has been of great help when I've had questions! :)

We love working with Ari at GiftWizard! Initially we ran into quite a few bugs, but Ari was always quick to respond to our needs. But now that the kinks are worked out, GiftWizard works like a breeze. Once we customized the settings to reflect our brand, all we had to do is watch the app work for us. The process is automated from beginning to end, sending emails at every step of the way keeping us and the customer up to date on the gifting progress. There are no worries about losing track of the order at all. GiftWizard is simple to use whether you are the customer or the merchant. The customer service is amazing too; fast and on point.
