Support response times are nearly instantaneous. Set up was extremely easy. The integration with Shopify POS is where it's at.
Really good customer support. New instagram feature of gift cards on the profile during COVID19 is also great. Nice integrations

Really cool app that adds some great features to our store, especially the bulk gift cards. I used this app to send out 260 gift cards via email for a corporate rewards dinner. The customer support I received was out of this world.
