Wow - really well-done app, easy to use and effective. Our team went through a lot of rewards apps and Rise is by far the best and most comprehensive for users. Definitely recommended for brands that want to create loyal customers. Store credit refund is a hit as well. I can see a lot of my customers using it. Would recommend!

Save your time by choosing Rise.ai. Rise is by far the best store credit service for Shopify (Infinitely better than the competitors). It is intuitive and easy to use, works well with a ton of value. Usually, new apps are overwhelming with new features. Thanks to their onboarding and support team I was able to set up almost everything really fast - in that case loyalty program, rewards, gift ...

Eddie, an agent at Rise.ai, helped us integrate a custom gift card solution, and they are TOTALLY AMAZING. The platform is easy to use, but we had a special use case that required a bit more hands on help from the Rise.ai team
