Giftkart: Gift Card & CashBack

We really appreciate the functionality that GiftKart provides for our shop. The functionality to schedule or even just send a gift card to a specified recipient really should be a basic functionality included in Shopify. Sid has also been a joy to work with, very friendly and extremely quick to help out if we have any questions or need any additional functionality built into the app.

I will say that the app does seem to always be rapidly changing. This is impressive and we are happy that we continue to get even more value with our subscription, but I do also worry a bit that something will break with how rapidly things are updated.

That said, so far it has worked consistently and without issue. I would absolutely recommend GiftKart to anyone who needs a better gift card experience than what Shopify provides.

This app has been so helpful for our team. Really gets the job done and support team has been a game changer in making sure everything is perfect for our customers. I did not know how important that would be for us and I'm so glad we went with this app. Sid really helped me out when I was in a pinch to launch new gift card options. Really appreciate how the pricing does not take a percentage of sales which is almost always more expensive. Highly recommend!!!

I had some issues with the app but it was totally my fault. You have to make sure you create a free gift card product with $0 balance so it can be added to each cart at checkout I had help from Sid. He literally asked to have a phone call with me to make sure I set up properly and he responds to all emails promptly. Great customer Service. If you have problems it's okay to reach out. Sometimes old codes can also mess up your store. Be sure to erase all other themes that are not being used and reach out to support if you're having problems. After everything was installed correctly. I was able to get more sales from the gift card promotion. I recommend adding something like "Free eGift Card on orders___+" in your announcement bar. I have been working with the owner Sid the last month and he's both helpful, patient and professional. We are doing some customization for our store and they've been responsive and quick to fix any issues we had. I am looking forward to working with him on additional "flow & programs" that will increase customer loyalty & purchases. I found his pricing model much more reasonable compared to the competitors who are alot more flashier & large scale but not able do add that personal touch. I will continue to update and highly recommend this app and giving Sid and his team an opportunity. I hope he continues to upgrade and perfect this app. It has HUGE HUGE potential.

The basic plan has lots of options for our growing business and when I had some questions about customization Sid was kind and helpful throughout and went above and beyond. The app itself is very easy to navigate and is self explanatory. I've done a lot of research on different apps of this type and did try out 2 others before settling on this one and I'm very happy with it and confident that if ever I have an issue, someone will be there to guide me through it.
