Not impressed with the support provided to me during my demo trial period. The support was so poor I decided to cancelling account / removing. It took 4 days into 7 day trail to receive a response (after two emails / and VM). One issue was solved by pointing me to a FAQ and being told its work right. (PopUp carts are not compatible). Second issue was basically ignored. Third issue was data flow to Shippingeasy. Its simply impossible with Shippingeasy to have a product level gift message print on their platform. Documentation shows they are compatible, but the compatibility is simply Giftship/Shopify API sending out the data. After a great calls with Shippingeasy (not Giftship) support - they confirmed they do not have the ability to parse/ print the message. I asked for an extension to try and resolve or find work-around but was refused and told the product is working correctly. Decided it was not in the best interest of my company to continue when a new user is given sub-par support.

When 3rd party apps and themes require more manual integration than out-of-the-box apps allow, it can take a bit more back and forth during the onboarding process to get everything working well. Hopefully we can pick up the dialogue and get everything sorted out!

I was using Multiship to help streamline the checkout for customers shipping my chocolates to different locations with one checkout. It worked well but I was looking for a better way for gift messages to be added to each destination. I switched to Gift ship but needed the messages placed in a certain location to properly print to my specs on my packing slips. Kevin with Giftship logged in and applied fixes to all my requests until it was all perfect. He even fixed some inconsistencies in my cart HTML to clean it up. It now is just how I needed it and was much appreciated.
I needed help getting this app installed on my site correctly and the team was so helpful! They got it done very quick. Excited to start using it on my site when we launch.

Not make the app enable yet for my online shop but so far their support team has been replying to all my questions very kindly, nicely and patiently, and I am just excited to use the app and see how it works and it increases our sales!! Thank you, Tim, Zac and Helen!
Kevin from their Support Team was super responsive and immediately squashed the bug (late on a Friday) to get Giftship installed into our theme. Great work Kevin, thanks for the help!

This app was the perfect solution for me because many of my customers order our cookies as gifts for their new mom friends, daughters, etc. I wanted to make it easy for my customers to not only indicate that they were shipping the cookies as a gift, but also enter multiple addresses. This app offers both! Plus, when I had questions or needed customization made, their customer service team was on top of it right away. Thank you Tim for the great customer service. I'm excited about offering this feature to my customers!
