Amazing Support & Customization Help!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Globo Swatch devs and support team. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process of customizing their app to fit exactly how I wanted it to look and function on my website.

I had some specific layout and design needs, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. The app now integrates seamlessly with my site's aesthetic and works exactly as I envisioned. It's rare to find this level of support and willingness to assist with custom tweaks—I'm genuinely impressed and grateful.

This app has added a nice modern touch to all our product pages with the configurable color swatches. The GLO Color team was very responsive when we encounter a small problem that some color variants were showing on the front end, but they did not exist on the back end product variant list. They looked into it and fixed it and our store looks better than ever.

Sarah was really helpful with setting up the app for me. The variant images did not change when clicked on it and also the variant names were cut off, but within 10 minutes the issue was all fixed. Easy to navigate, easy to set up, works well with other apps, I recommend!

Initially I was facing issues with my the variant picker on product page. That is when I tried GLO Color Swatch. The plugin is simple to use and very easy to setup. Recently I had an issue with the variant picker. When switching colours, the product image was not switching. I contacted the support team and they provided the best support. They resolved my issue within minutes. I highly recommend the plugin.

We wanted the image swatches on the collection page to work a certain way: when you hover over a swatch, the main image changes. The support team for the GLO Color Swatch & Bundles app was able to make it happen in just a day or two. I reached out using the chat support in the app, and they followed up by email once everything was done. The results were honestly better than I expected.

We also use the Globo Product Options app, and as I understand it, both apps are developed by the same company. I had a long list of requests for product options, and their support team was incredibly helpful and professional. They handled every request I had and were super nice throughout the process.

I highly recommend this app for your Shopify store. You’ll need the Gold package to access full functionality with product groups, but it’s totally worth the price.
