Globo Mega Menu, Navigation

This app is great! It works very well and the support is excellent. I haven't had to pay yet (they have a free plan) but if I do, I'll gladly do it. It's worth it!

In terms of function, this Mega menu app is easy to setup and does what you need. We are still setting it up and have had some issues but customer support is great and have helped us resolve every detail so far. Hopefully the app keeps growing to improve the cosmetics and other personalization features. I will come back once its all setup to see if I elevate my score. UPDATE
We are about to go live with our website and the service that we have gotten from GLOBO team has been second to none. Unexpected to be honest based on other experiences. Globo customer service and dev team took care of all requests in less than 24 hrs even when it seamed to be a completely personalized asking. I'm sure the app will only get better. For anyone questioning whether to go with this or not, try this app out, you won't regret it!

Wow. Simply amazing app (completely free) which I am surprised of but even better and mind-blowing was their support. I ran into a problem probably because of my restrictive them. But to my sweet surprise, the online chat was available even outside of their normal hours and above all their developer did live troubleshooting and took a screenshot of step by step of what I need to do in case I ran into an issue in future. Where will I ever find this ?

I have a very basic free theme from Shopify and the menu just didn't cut it. Installed the Globo Mega Menu and it made the site look a million dollars.
Very easy to setup and use. Live preview and many options and types of menu. I really cant think of anything that could be improved. If you are looking for a menu app then don't bother looking any more as you've found the best.

The support is great and responsive. Had a conflict with another app on my site and within a few hours they had fixed the problem.

Why didn't I give it 5 stars then?
When they recently rolled out the new version of the app it caused several issues on my site which they did fix in a timely manner but I think a different roll-out strategy could have been used so that any impact or conflicts could be sorted before going live.

But definitely a 4.9 star app.

I was looking for a menu where I can feature product images and overall just improve the design of my boring menu. I was impressed how easy it was to set this up and customer support was great when I had issues and needed help. Highly recommend.
