Glow: Loyalty Points & Rewards

I have vetted several loyalty apps for Shopify and have nothing but good things to say about Glow after using them for a couple of months. They are the least expensive of all the apps I have investigated and offer the most features for the price point. They have a free plan, and it's only $9/month for up to 500 customers. Other apps in this category charge hundreds per month for similar features. Glow is simple, and they make it easy to award points to your customers and set up rewards. Customers can use their widget to exchange their points for discounts or products from your store. They do award guest accounts with points by default, but you can disable that option if you'd like or set points to expire, so they don't count against your limit. It's easy to control your numbers if you are working on a budget, however, we use guest points to our advantage and incentivize guests to register and claim their points. A+ to the team as well, they are very accommodating and always responsive when we reach out.

Excellent. The app works great (better than any other). It works as expected every time. But truly the most phenomenal part of this app is the development team. The app is perfect for a micro start up like ours. I liked that the pricing was fair and I was not really losing out on features using the free plan. Once my customer base grows, I will be able to seamlessly jump to the next tier plan at a reasonable price.

Easy to set up, allows for me to use my own colours and logos. The customer service was also excellent when I was first comparing different options!

I'm really impressed with their customer service. I was hesitant to try an app that is relatively new in terms of number of reviews, but I'm so glad I did because everything thus far since install has been exactly what I was hoping for. Very intuitive, well-designed and great support staff if you have any needs whatsoever. Thank you guys

Well what can we say - Glow is an absolutely amazing reward/loyalty app and after lots and LOTS of research, we think this is the best app by far... Also, all of those other reward apps should be ashamed of themselves for charging such ridiculous amounts of money. Glow is very-very slick and really-really easy to use for us and our customers too. We think Glow is perfect for any business of any size and we're really excited for the future for our website and our customers now that we have this app installed. We're completely new to rewards points so the customer service has been simply amazing with answering our questions and helping quickly with installation support.
