GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

This app is an excellent starting point for anyone new to affiliate marketing—super beginner-friendly! The customer support really stands out; they’re always quick to respond with helpful, human replies (way better than those robotic responses you get elsewhere). Looking forward to seeing more handy features added in the future!

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Unless you truly understand this app's functionality, you might wind up with paying affiliate commissions to people who are trying to scam you! I inquired about an affiliate's claimed orders because I wanted to learn how I determine whether these orders were a result of the affiliate's actions. Here is what Goaffpro told me 6 days later:

"This affiliate was found to be cookie stuffing and was hence suspended from the platform. You don't need to pay suspended affiliates.

As they have been found doing this in multiple programs. They have been blocked platform wide. Usually affiliates who engage in click frauds, cookie stuffing etc. are proactively suspended from the platform to protect our merchant partners."

Sounds to me like the app developers need to work on security measures to help protect their merchants. I am very disappointed. There needs to be more transparency.

We've used this app for about 4 years now, and it has always worked well and done exactly what it's supposed to do. Any kinks were our own ignorance about the functionality. Support has been fabulous. I do feel that's been GoAffPro's greatest strength. Thanks Team!

We've been using it for a few months now. Great robust system. Bunch of interesting features and they are adding new ones. BUt the biggest advantage is the support team - they are very quick and really help you! so kudos to them

Very easy to use and has all the functions we need to run a successful affiliate program including paying each person individually. Support team is very helpful, as well!

ATTENTION FRAUDEURS !
J'avais installée l'application et ne l'ai pas vraiment utilisée jusqu'au jour où j'ai reçu un mail de leur part me disant qu'un affilié avait amené un client.
Faux ! Il s'agit d'une fraude, un client étranger (mon commerce est hyper local), m'ayant volé l'argent d'une commission sur un client qui était déjà dans ma boutique.
Seul le support Goaffpro peut aider et empêcher ce paiement de commission mais je ne suis pas certaine de leur retour à l'heure actuelle.
Prévention et pour ma part je ne ferai plus de programme d'ambassadeurs. Trop risqué pour des petits commerces comme le mien.
Très déçue et énervée.

We have been using this app for about a year and decided to upgrade to Pro after having a really good experience with customer support even on the free version. This app does everything we need and we find the responsive customer support really valuable.

The app itself is very useful and convenient. However, I recently encountered an issue with my email. The email account I have linked with GoAffPro to send affiliate emails started bouncing messages back since last week. Strangely, when I use the same email to contact other customers—including my own Gmail—it works perfectly, with no issues sending or receiving.

I reached out to GoAffPro support through their chat window and followed their instructions to email their management address, but I never received a reply. When I asked again why I hadn’t heard back from their technical team, they said the technicians would contact me directly. Yet they kept insisting they never received any of my emails. I even tried sending from three different email accounts, but their only response was arrogantly saying it must be my problem. Meanwhile, I communicate daily with my customers without any issues at all.

Both their support and technical staff came across as arrogant and impolite, often rushing to end the conversation. This makes me wonder if Chinese sellers are not being treated with the same respect as others.

Although I don’t have many alternatives and will continue to use the app because of its functionality, I am genuinely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of courtesy and the dismissive attitude in their responses.

One of the best affiliate apps, the support team is super responsive and finds a solution to your problem very quickly. We've been using Goaffpro for almost 3 years now, and I'm still amazed that they don't charge for the features in the free version. Honestly, there's nothing better out there. You have all the features you need to boost your e-commerce shop with affiliate marketing. I recommend it 100%.
