I lost access to my google merchant account, Only account i gave access to was these guys and now for some reason my email cant be used to login to my account. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WORK WITH THESE GUYS!

I have just started using this app since I have constantly had problems getting up and running with google shopping actions. I am not approved yet but I am sure I will be as soon as they review. The customer service I have received from SWATI was unbelievable...in fact I have had prompt service several times today as I tried to get up and running...Swati however is my new best friend and she really went the extra mile to get my problems I have been having with another app cleared up so I can get to selling!

After attempting to utilize the application for a week, I decided to uninstall it. Unfortunately, this resulted in losing access to the Merchant Center without any clear explanation. The experience was quite arduous and I strongly advise against using it.

Hello, we would like to inform you that our app is for feed, orders and ads management. So this is totally irrelevant that after uninstalling our app you are losing your account. The account is totally under your control. Please double check on your end and make sure your account has not violated any policies or you have not mistakenly clicked on any suspicious links on email etc. It is impossible that our app in any way affected your account . Our app works best for most merchants and is highly effective for maintaining products and order syncing between store and google.

This app is a very bad app.

I am angry that they upload all of the product to google ads without your knowing.

Too bad for me.

Google could suspend the account for this .

Hello Emily,

We would like to inform you that you have not used our app for uploading the products from Shopify to Google Merchant centre. Our app works in two steps first are importing the data from Shopify to the app, and second is uploading from app to Google merchant centre, which is done manually. You only imported the data from Shopify to the app but did not upload a single product. you checked all mails in which we showed clear screenshots of the app's panel that no upload was ever made, you have checked mails multiple times but did not reply.

It's clear that you used multiple apps for Google shopping and another app has sent the feed to GMC. It's not recommended to use multiple apps for Google shopping.
Your review is totally misleading, it's not our apps fault at all.

Please reach out to us for clarification and we will be happy to assist you. You can reply on our emails to clear out the confusion or reach out to us on skype.

I'm really happy. I have been able to upload only the items without the variants. Perfect and easy.
Also the help from the Customer service was excellent.
