I was amazed by the customer service for this app! The team blew me away - they actually took the initiative and care to reach out to me and offer all aid in getting it set up so the whole process went seamlessly. Twice in 5 months this app randomly triggers the deletion of my GMC account and I have to contact Google support/restart from scratch. This app has serious issues. I warn anyone against using it until they can prove they've resolved this issue (which from what I can tell, nobody on support understands or can explain -- they just blame it on Google).

This review is just for the support, I have not yet been able to use the app. The Support team is great. They are proactive and in constant contact, really much appreciated. They make it easy to set up and troubleshoot.

They have been helpful and communicative throughout this process with me. Very friendly and seem to know what they are talking about

I have to change my review on this App from 5 star to 1 Star.
One day after they have installed this App on my store ,
they start pushing to write a good review!
I told them that I don't even understand what is the App doing.
Then they showed me something and convinced me about it.
So I gave them the 5 star like they wanted.
BUT now after 4 months of using it I suddenly found out that the App is actually doing a big damage to my shop!
from the day that it was installed it reduced my online sessions in 80% !! This can is very clear to see in the shopify Statistic and reports.
I am still not sure why , but the number are clear: from the day of installing this App and until yesterday (when I deleted this App) my online session went down in 80% ,
and it constantly every day without change.
I am also checking it with shopify and we are following it and checking it farther.
Until now This company did not explained why is it like that.

ABER jetzt, nach 4 Monaten Nutzung, stellte ich plötzlich fest, dass die App meinem Shop tatsächlich großen Schaden zufügt!
Vom Tag der Installation an reduzierte es meine Online-Sitzungen um 80 %!! Dies ist in den Shopify-Statistiken und -Berichten sehr deutlich zu erkennen.
Ich bin mir immer noch nicht sicher, warum, aber die Zahlen sind klar: Vom Tag der Installation dieser App bis gestern (als ich diese App gelöscht habe) ist meine Online-Sitzung um 80 % zurückgegangen.
und es ständig jeden Tag ohne Veränderung.
Ich überprüfe es auch bei shopify und wir verfolgen es und prüfen es weiter.
Bisher hat dieses Unternehmen nicht erklärt, warum das so ist.

they have experience agents like Dixy and Swati who would help you with setting up merchant accounts and also helping out with google merchant suspension. Their support is unbelievable and they will help you 1:1 till your problems are solved. I can't believe there is an app like this. much more helpful than google chat agent!

I installed the app about a month back and the support was good. While they assist in setup, you can easily feel their nudge towards a paid plan. But thats fine. We hoped to take it anyway. While the support is prompt, may executives are trainees who simply dont understand the issue. But even that can be condoned.
Her are the real issues:
#Even after a month and numerous chats, we havent been able to make the app to work correctly. The app keeps uploading old sold out products to merchant center, and consuming all the credits. Despite several requests, they are unable to fix it. The custom profile we created clearly exclude sold out products yet the app everytime upload products in default profile which you cannot control except by unpublishing products on your shopify store. This completely negates the purpose of custom profiles. And, to add insult to injury, while the app uploads these sold out products, it also consumes all your credits.
They promised to fix it, yet our GMC is filed with old sold-out products that the app repeatedly uploads. This is our first ever negative review, but it is well-deserved. I hope they are able to fix the bugs.
