After trying it our for a few days, ive come to a realization: this app actually works. It was easy to use, and produced the results i was aiming for. Hopefully it keeps working as well as it is now! This was the easiest speed optimization app i have tried, and i have tried almost all of them available on Shopify. This is the one that produced the best results..
