Liam was able to guide us thru the process of getting some errors fixed and was very patient as he walked us step by step to get it fixed.

The person I spoke with was absolutely amazing! They helped me Favicon, my website speed, and an SEO audit. They helped me understand SEO better when I upload new products to Shopify and how to increase my traffic in new inventive ways I never thought were possible. This person was heaven sent. Mary, the customer service advisor I have just dealt with on my first day using Tapita was extremely polite, knowledgable, and enthusiastic to resolve my critical error. She got into my store and fixed it in 2 minutes and then waited while I checked the result. Excellent. Thanks to her for doing a great job.. The app seems to be doing a great job.. Did I mention they did this for free? I even offered to pay them for more, and they didn't even recommend me to do that. If you need help optimizing your store, I would give them a shot!

Very easy to use and you can see the results immediately, my speed went up by 10-12 points to a 90/100 which is very good, I recommend it for all.
