App did not work at all. We signed up and no one contacted us for over 2 months and it was stale all these while. We got in touch to find out what is going on and where told they are only just going to stream the products now. Waiting another one month, no word from them whatsoever so we deleted the app. Service was very poor I must say.

Firstly, we would like to clarify that our app does involve a setup process that involves synchronizing your product feed with Google Merchant Centre and setting up a Google ad account. This process typically takes 4-7 days, but in some cases, as with yours, it can take longer due to Google's approval process. In your case, our system reports that you installed the app on January 6th and the approval was completed on the 21st of February, after which we started promoting your products. We regret any lack of communication during this time and are working to improve our updates to users regarding this process going forward.
In terms of generating orders, we would like to emphasize that there are many factors that can influence the outcome. Despite generating +10,000s impressions and 100s of clicks for your store, we sadly did not see any conversions into paying orders through March. This could be influenced by various factors such as the types of products being sold, the market demand, and on-site conversion rates. As we highlight with our app, we take on the ad spend risk and unfortunately, in this case, the campaign did not result in sales.
We recognize that situations like this can be frustrating and we genuinely empathize with your experience. We want to assure you that continuous improvement of our app and strengthening our communication with users is at the heart of our operations. In line with this, we are diligently working on new features that will offer more detailed insights into the system's status for our merchants.
It's crucial to highlight that despite the time your store spent integrated with our app, you were not charged any fees. We operate on a performance basis, meaning we absorbed the ad spend, bearing the risk without passing any cost to you. Although this resulted in a loss on our part, our goal is to ensure that our merchants feel confident and see value in our service. We are steadfast in our commitment to enhance our offerings and deliver a more satisfying experience to all our users.
