Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

We have been quite happy with both the performance of this app and the tech support offered by its developer. They usually get back to an email request within a few hours and take time and effort to sort out your problem. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We had previously used Shopify's own feed app which proved to be a nightmare and managed to get us banned from Google Merchant Center for a while. In fact I have heard that from several Shopify store owners. So coming from that background, this app provides a welcome relief. I would recommend this app for anyone who wants to implement a hassle-free, easy to manage feed for Google, Instagram/FB.

This app has helped us a lot, as we have thousands of products to manage. It would be impossible to do it without it! The app support team is also amazing! They sent us helpful links and helped us fix some issues we were experiencing with the Google Merchant Center. They even accommodated our time request of midnight to run a cleanup, so that our Ads wouldn't stop running during our busiest times! I am impressed and very happy with the app and support team :)

I got a problem with the Google conversion tracking setup, Taral from their support team helped me with that instantly and fixed it for me.

We switched to this app recently and we have been really impressed how easy it is to use.

We had some issues with the way VAT/TAX was being treated as we sell a number of products that are exempt of VAT, however the support guys have been extremely helpful and on the ball with getting things sorted.

Further more adding an extra country to the original feed has been really easy and it has certainly been beneficial.

Would certainly recommend this app
