Got Chatting with a representative who was nice enough to educate me on what the requirements for the badge is.
Not what I wanted to hear, but they surely gave me the knowledge to overcome the problem.
The app works great; configuring yourself is possible, but I would recommend going through the configuration and then reaching out to support to verify and adjust; their support is really good, and they are able to get it working perfectly quickly. Highly recommend.
Am tech illiterate. Have emailed them 4-5 times since downloading this very straightforward app to ask (in hindsight) very straightforward questions. They responded quickly and kindly every single time. Great app and service. We recommend!!
