The main issue that we have is the GTIN missing issue, but apparently that's old news with the amount of reviews and the inability for the issue to be fixed. Either support doesn't have the authority to float this critical issue up, or there's a brick wall between Shopify and Google. Either way, not very reassuring. Through testing it has become pretty clear that either column for GTIN on the data being sent to GMC either has a bad naming convention or bad path way assignments as GMC will pull all other data but the UPC, which is on the data sheet going to GMC - it just gets read on the GMC side as a blank cell. The thing that is really irritating is that although we cant fix this ourselves, it cannot be that hard of a fix.

I spend hours putting in custom product info and seconds later it kicks right back out again. I am incredibly frustrated! This is a waste of time and effort.

Does not locate correct Merchant Center account
Hi there and thanks for leaving the review. There are a few reasons this may happen with the most common one being that the admin user in your Merchant Center account does not match the email from your Shopify account. I would give this 0 if possible. The old app was a little slow and you would occasionally get a server error but it worked! This doesn't. We have over 50,000 products in our store and so cannot even use this! Please sort this out Shopify!
Over the last 2 weeks 446 of our produts have been disapproved for the reason 'Product price does not match the price on your product landing page' We have not changed any pricing, and it is the same campaign which was working perfectly for us two weeks prior.
We have submitted the Google Site map again, contacted Google Ads support, Shopify support, but not been able to resolve the issue. It doesn't even indicate how to solve the issue.
Few weeks back we were ranking high on Google Shopping Listing Ads for several keywords, and now even though we have put in sufficient budget, our presence is reduced and products disapproved for no apparent reason. Please help immediately.

Don't bother, plain and simple. It does not work. any review claiming otherwise is simply fake. Do yourself a favor and find another app

This app doesn't have options to edit attributes like "Item_group_id" or "identifier_exists". This results in countless GTIN issues that will drive you mad.

After updating this app, it broke my google shopping feed. 2 weeks products are still pending! Guys get your act together. This is a major integration.
My goal was connecting YouTube shopping as our videos are the #1 source of conversion. This App is extremely frustrating. Forced me to create a new Merchant Center account rather than feed to our existing account which has worked perfectly for years. This shut down my Google Ad campaigns for a week while waiting for approval of products and various errors to patch up. Finally all connected, new Merchant Center is up and running. STILL CANNOT GET YOUTUBE TO PICKUP OUR PRODUCTS! I lost a significant amount of revenue in this transition, and it seems like Shopify isn't providing any support. There should be a litany of troubleshooting videos. Very disappointed.
