Garbage. This app has cost us a lot of sales, due to Google denying my products because the prices don't match with what this Sales Channel is sending to Google?! Still have no idea how to solve this. Everything was going smoothly until I received the email from Shopify saying we should upgrade to this app. Old app was working perfectly fine.
IF YOU HAVEN'T UPGRADE TO THIS NEW UPDATE, PLEASE DON'T! KEEP THE OLD APP ON YOUR STORE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS ONE.
Been trying all day to speak with support about how I've been having an issue with the Google Shopping App in our Shopify store. No matter how much I shorten the product description, the warning always appears stating that the description is too long. Nobody seems to know what to do and I keep getting sent back and forth to different support people as Shopify and Google support point the finger at each other and shrugging off the problem as "not theirs"
2 weeks ago, 700 corrupted and duplicate records were added in Merchant center and neither Shopify or Google are able to help. This app is how we forward our prods go Google so I am highly suspecting it as the cause of trouble.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne. GMC Acc gesperrt und Google Ads Acc gesperrt aufgrund der Übermittlung falscher oder teilweise garkeiner Daten, obwohl diese hinterlegt sind. Verantwortung dafür übernimmt am Ende auch keiner. Lasst die Finger davon und zahlt lieber ein paar Euro für einen qualitativ hochwertigen Datenfeed.
App does not save metafields for products. I fill out what it wants and it will not stay saved. This is extrememly frustrating.

Our products are approved and synced in merchant center through content API, but not showing up in Google Shopping. Google allows free listing, and this app promise us the same, so I do not understand how can we show our products in Google shopping from our Shopify store... We also get warnings of color, size, gender (etc...), whereas we have lots of variants. I read on the Shopify website that it is not necessary to add these in case of having variants, but still we get the error in the google channel and in merchant center... I'm looking forward to hear from the support team, to help me resolve this issue.

Google doesn't like what I'm doing I guess. I make and sell handmade leather watch accessories, so therefore no gain/mpn available. Faultcode written in solid IT knowledge language I guess, but I started using Shopify to not have to deal with that.. - You need to add a gtin or mpn.

I was working properly with my Merchant Center account since I change to this App and now my account is suspended. Added to this, there is no way of add the field information in bulk via a csv file, for example. Is anyone going to solve these problems?
