Don't bother, plain and simple. It does not work. any review claiming otherwise is simply fake. Do yourself a favor and find another app

After updating this app, it broke my google shopping feed. 2 weeks products are still pending! Guys get your act together. This is a major integration.

My account was suspended due to misrepresentation its unbelievable so many people this happening too right now, come on google shed some light so people can correct the error

My name is William with the Shopify Marketplaces team, this app is actually made and supported by Shopify not Google. As such we would not have the specific reason for your suspension. We do typically provide some steps to mitigate misrepresentation suspensions but the final decision rests with Google. I will still reach out to you to discuss your store specific details.

After connecting my YouTube brand channel all products are imported to YouTube. But you are unable to connect to my main Google Ads account. You can only use your Google Ads account if you have a personal YouTube account. Almost no professional YouTuber uses a personal YouTube account. A YouTube brand account does not have its own email address and thats why you can not access to Google ads.

Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, but regardless of the budget I get almost no traffic. I have been using Facebook ads (until recently with the error bans) for about three years and get much better return on investment which is easy considering I get nothing from this app.

I wish i could give google 0 reviews, custom support is ridiculous they don't help you with anything. I have been trying to connect my store for a long time, it would let me connect and Shopify wouldn't help, Shopify asks me to contact google and google has no idea. i have been waiting for a reply from google for a long time and when they do reply it's not a helpful reply. i have wasted so much time with google.

One Problem chases the other. There is easy and working AND then there is Google channel, which is not working at all.

The worst customer support ever. Very disappointing. My Merchant account has been suspended for "misrepresentation" and Google won't tell me what's wrong. All they say is follow our policies. It's kind of a riddle that you have to solve. Worst part is there's no customer support. Also been having other issues with google workspace and again no customer support, even though they mention 24/7 customer support for google workspace, which is "misrepresentation". There's no customer support at Google Period. I bet their reply to this review is "learn more about our policies". Extremely disappointing!!

Thet have suspended my Account for Policy Violation: Website needs to be improved but won't help me identify what to fix. I have mailed several times but they only redirect me to the same page that wont helt me. Highly disappointed.
