Not working, will not approve any products in my inventory. Issue with barcode. Do not know how to fix. Wish it would be easy to add inventory. Facebook Shopping was a breeze to add no issue at all!

It's not you. It's the app. I called Shopify support to see why google shopping was no longer working for me. There are a lot of things one could "try" but ultimately the API is broken. It's not working for anyone (as evidenced by the reviews here). So you're probably better off not spending a lot of time trying to get this thing to work.

Same issues. Does not work. Google requires GTIN codes and if left empty all your products will be disapproved. I create custom products and it doesn't work.

This does not function as a reliable ad service. I am paying more money, for less viability, and am unable to modify any of the options to optimize the products being sold. This needs to be corrected by Shopify as soon as possible. I am not able to access any of my old ads due to the update and have no means of correcting this with Google. How much did Google pay you to do this Shopify? I may have to move my store if this isn't corrected within the next few days. Not happy at all.

all the products expired because the was constantly stuck in pending mode. i wouldnt recommend using this app.

It takes way more than 3-5 days for Google to approve ads. Shopify you should take down that claim if Google wont honor it. Dont bother contacting Shopify for support they will just refer you to Google then Google will refer you back to Shopify. Also atleast for me having hard time changing to manual bidding. Automatic bidding has robbed me with no conversions.

It worked for two weeks very well. After that it stopped working. No visible reason. No exsisting troubleshooting site.

Super confusing and unhelpful. Had to remove it and do things manually. Buggy and slow. Not easy to work with, save yourself time and do it yourself.

Had several products disapproved upon downloading the app. After wasting time researching solutions, tweaking product pages to apply the seemingly needed changes and waiting for pending products to be reviewed, nothing has changed.

The support team's help so far has been dismal, feels like the rep did not care about helping at all.

Overall: a lot of time lost, very disappointing.
