The feed is not refreshing, example: I have changed some price in the shop and the feed not changes... so G-ads disapproved the items... then I found out in the Merchant Center the products will be expire in 3 day, because the feed is not refreshed in the last 30 days. I have tried to remove then add item to feed... not worked. Also tried the add new products to the shop maybe the feed will be refreshed, but no luck. So in the short term the APP was good but after 30 days it is useless. :( We just created a manual feed...

I've had so many problems with this app! i tired contacting support but i keep getting the same response from them which isn't helping me move forward and even use the app!

* UPDATE *
after many emails i finally have the app up are running! Rating changed from 1 star to 3 stars for the simple reason that it took so long to set everything up.

Thank you to Jonathan from shopify for reaching out with an email to help me fix the issues.

I signed up am new to the e-commerce business and trying to learn. Being able to set up budget and see what works provides me with best bang for the buck.

it doesn't work, it says that all my products are a form of misrepresentation and when I try to contact google they suspend my account and are not offering any form of help.

It was pretty easy to do. Oblige to the rules and checking the correct req took some time, but it was not bad

If I had the same issue with always has. It doesn't care! And then you contact Shopify and they tell you that is Google's problem and Google tells you to something else it doesn't get back to you at all! it is confusing you to say everything went through fine and that I'm approved to start running ads and everything and then the very next day everything's disapproved again like what do they want from us!? We are businesses trying to make money and advertise and earn a living..... Keep saying misrepresentation and then when you fix that it says something else it's never ending laundry list it doesn't work!

Thank you for sharing your feedback and that definitely doesn't sound like the ideal situation. When it comes to Google Merchant Center account approvals, this is something determined directly by Google that Shopify does not have any control over. i wish i could say something good about this app and the support i have received so far. the list is so long. despite authentic google channel it doesnt give any access to the feed. for which i have to use other apps and their charges are too high. its a real shame. i have 130k items which are suffering since the time i have started the store. datafeed items app are too high. i have 2 stores and both are suffering.
