This app is very easy to navigate. Simply follow the instructions and google does the rest. I'm very pleased with the outcome. Nicely done.

This app doesn't take into account package sizes, so Google banned me from the advertising account I've had for over ten years! The shipping costs on my website can't possibly match the shipping costs shown in the Google Merchant Center and according to Shopify tech support, there's no way to fix this. Maybe if you only sell small boxes that are all the same size you won't have a problem, but I have some things in a 4x6 box and some things in a 40x30" box.

Very easy to use and delivers great results via Smart Shopping Campaigns. I would highly recommend the Google Shopping App.

I am not sure why this app has so many negative reviews, honestly.. We have used other paid apps in the past and wasted hundreds of pounds on advertising (and the app subscription) and received no sales at all. This app is free and helps us get sales every single day. Thank you so much to the developer we are very grateful.

Basically pure hell with shopify not integrating with google merchant center at all NOT THROUGH API, NOT THROUGH GOOGLE APP NOT THROUGH GOOGLE MERCHANT!!! SHOPIFY PROMOTES A GOOGLE APP- HERE https://apps.shopify.com/google?search_id=46852b99-4046-46df-a0ca-ae8160d0357b&surface_detail=GOOGLE&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=4&surface_type=search Its really just google merchant center but its broken and mine still is stuck on 5/7 items validated and will not approve any of my products. ( NOTHING AND IM MEAN NOTHING WORKS) I have all custom products, no GTIN no MPN but no matter what I do its still will not accept my products, even when I have done everything in the documentation here
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160161 Ive done everything that I possibly can per the documentation to let google know its a custom product, I have even created custom meta fields, supplemental feeds etc., etc.. NOTHING WORKS. set it to false, no - nothing in the suggested documentation works. Someone else made a video not mine of course, however I feel his pain I have done all of whats in this video to no avail, This video explains what we are all going through with shopify not integrating with google merchant. and google and shopify passing the buck https://www.screencast.com/t/fHC13pVy Even when you go directly to google merchant and change the settings globally it still will not take which leads me to believe this is a shopify google marriage disaster and it DOESNT WORK! PLEASE REMOVE THE APP OR FIX IT!

Definitely not happy. Google uses WAY TOO MANY automated admins where they don't actually check your products. We have face oil that is organic and all natural yet they continually reject it as a medical product. We make no claims or have any medicinal ingredients in it. Also our tooth powder and many other things like our 2 & 3 packs of natural deodorant. They approve the 1 deodorant option but not multiples??? Huh? So unprofessional. Get real PEOPLE working on these issues!

And they also won't take down fraudulent reviews from people that have never used our products. These are disgruntled humans that had a back and forth conversation with us and they didn't like our response. That's life, get over it. Sometimes people are not going to agree with you! But they put up a 1 star google review because they are babies. Reviews are for the PRODUCTS or SERVICES which an argument from some person online is NOT service. Service only comes into play if they are a buying customer. These fraudulent reviews should NOT be allowed!! Disgraceful.

We do our best to enforce policy in order to protect merchants and consumers. Sometimes overflagging does occur and in that case it is possible to request a review if you disagree.
