Absolutely horrific. No customer support. Very obscure process. I am an artist and they marked one of my oil paintings as sex trafficking! Idiots. The painting is abstract and it showed a nipple.

I could not even sign into my google acct to link this...it kept saying "Disable pop-up blocker" even after I did it still didn't work. It's stupid and infuriating!

If you make a mistake to let the app "automatically" import your shipping settings, it will completely wipe out all shipping settings you may created manually. Also, the imported settings will not be applied to Shopping actions (the app does not know about shopping actions, because, like many other apps provided by Shopify it is about 18-24 month behind in functionality). As the result, you will be completely screwed!
Bottom line: the app provides limited functionality and causing a lot of harm

It is true that if you select automatic shipping settings, we wipe what's in your Google Merchant Center account, and we can definitely make that more obvious, and I'll pass that up to our team. We don't support Shopping Actions because right now it's only available in two countries, but we do support Surfaces Across Google, for free listings on Google. I'm going to follow up with you via email to make sure we can do everything possible for you.

horrid app. I have it installed, everything is synced and connected, be it merchant center, analytics, google ads.
Everything should be good. Tag assistant says no Google tags are on my site.
So what's the point?
Best apps, I highly appreciate and recommended. Goggle and YouTube apps is best app on shopify . I really like this app

It's simple and easy to set up. Need to tweak the products for approval. Users should wait for a few weeks to see progress.
Unfortunately this app doesn't map the 'google product category' from shopify to the merchant center. It also features a 3 way tick box for 'product identifier'. Other than that it works ok.
