Having major problems getting our products listed with no clear direction as to the reasons why. Not sure where to go from here

Awesome app, love it it when everything is integrated to google. A few years ago we didn't have this so this a great step forward for people running small businesses who do their own advertising.

Very sad to see this app not be everything we wished for. The app caused our Google Merchant account and Google Ads account both to be suspended and we just can't get it back cause a lot of issues and we are loosing lots of business due to this. Very disappointing and main issues are due to the information not being transferred over to Google from Shopify in the right manner which causes google to think you are fraud due to missing information... Talked to lots of experts and they all say its because of the Google App on Shopify its very disappointing. Would not recommend it.
