I installed it, then it says my products contain sexual content. The product It was complaining about was a broom handle. Next it said another product contains alcohol that product is a potentiometer dial uses for electronic devices. Again, selling hotwheel toy cars flagged as contraband and marijuana. These 3 product are my main sellers and the descriptions, title and images do not contain anything related to what google thinks these products are. I did submit review, I guess its ran by AI that can't tell the difference.
Its a worthless plugin, don't waste your time. I can list my items on ebay (more expensive) and in turn ebay can push them into google searches without problems.
Hi there! I don't see any products with these policy issues on them currently. In fact, all of these issues were cleared up within the next hour of you submitting the initial product feed. Sometimes certain products do get flagged incorrectly either due to the image or product attributes, but will either clear up with a subsequent review (in your case, it was cleared up within the hour) or by clicking "I disagree with this decision" on the product to request a manual rereview.

Richtig krampfhaft diese App einzurichten! Ständig fehlen irgendwelche Daten. Selbst wenn ich meine eigene Adresse hinzufügen will, findet er es als "lokale Adresse" nicht.
Ohne diese Funktion werden meine Produke von Shopify nicht sychronisiert!

Hi, it seems like you're only having an issue with the Local Ads aspect of the app. Your products for Online destinations are syncing properly, and have been for a few weeks. If you want to enable your products for Local Advertising, you'll want to make sure your local store addresses match your Google Business Profile settings. Give us a message if you can't sort this out, and hopefully you'll update your review since your products have been syncing properly already.

O app na Shopify fica com o status de Não Conectado, desta forma as métricas de conversão não aparecem corretamente, o que impacta no resultado das campanhas. Já encontrei mais pessoas com o mesmo problema e parece que não resolvem.
Oi! O status Não conectado no Web Pixel não significa que as conversões não estão funcionando. Web Pixel é um novo recurso lançado neste outono, e você o verá mudar para Conectado em breve. Enquanto isso, todas as suas conversões ainda estão fluindo pelo processo anterior. Espero que isso ajude.
I can't get it activate and support I was chatting to, could not seem to get me anywhere
Be very careful when installing this app. I installed it, put in the information per Shopify request and it started asking for information that nobody has and before I could do any research it shut down my automatically started account. No warning, no chance to fix, just said I wasn't doing how it liked it and never told me how to fix it and it can be fixed wrong. Even worse, the only reason I did it was to assign my store to my account and the store I wanted, even though it let me connect, the location wasn't on the list. Completely useless.
The Shopify shopping ribbon, which is intended to show products from my store in the description of my YouTube videos, did not work/appear on my latest YouTube video upload. It worked/appeared on legacy videos, but not on newly uploaded videos. When I contacted support about this, they couldn't tell me why this was happening, nor did they address my concern. They basically said "sometimes this feature will be available in videos, sometimes it won't be - it's random." If that's the case, this is not something I can direct my customers to use.

My account is suspended for misrepresentation, but my website is fully transparent. Policies, secure payments (Visa, PayPal, etc.), and SSL are in place. I lack reviews as my site isn’t popular yet—how can I highlight reviews if none exist? Even Shopify's team found no issues. I’ve followed all Merchant Center SEO rules and provided required policies, yet I’m still rejected. I offer 1-2 day delivery in India. You again suspended my account after I submitted a good review.
Verry disapointed about this app. Since i'm using this app my google ads account is suspended for circumventing systems policy. I have contacted google a lot of times, there is no service and no help?! We have object several times and nobody is trying to help us so we can fix te problem. We have a simple shopify store with a few products.. @Google, can you contact us how we can fix the problem so we can advertise our products..

Our issue is your tag team installed the Google tags on our website before the Google YouTube channel
This makes our tags all mixed up
The migration from ya to ga4 also made tracking confusing
We asked for your support to help clear thing up via a short video call but got absolutely nowhere

We have been asking for Google ads support to help set up Google conversion tracking for Google ads for months...
Despite multiple emails all we get is the same answer from India Google ads go to help centre to set it up yourself
Even though they set up Google tag on our website before
Now everything is all mixed up we cannot run any ads
Google ads sales also rude on the phone

Won't sync with Shopify at all. There's this transparent overly in shopify admin that prevents ticking boxes and interacting with this app. And now after reading other reviews I see that it may become even more of a nightmare if it ever does sync. After spending all night trying to get answers as to why I cant even get through the 'set up' phase of this app in shopify, and then reading about all the issues others are having, I cant trust it. With hundreds of products in my store, its too risky, especially when there is absolutely no customer support.
