excellent with shopify
I installed this in two stores. It was bad in one and terrible in the other. Only part of the data (events) they claim will go into Google Analytics actaully does. Support for it is non existent - you get bounced between different Goole support teams and no one knows who's supposed to help make this integration work.
Easy in my case to set up.
I thought that since Shopify was an integral part of Google, the integration would be quick and easy, on the contrary, terrible service, customer support and vague automated responses.
I managed to set up Google Merchant Center through this app, and my account was automatically suspended on the second day, due to "policy violations" with no clear explanations. Without direct communication, only by email it takes days for an automated response that is not understood.
The reasons given, such as "the website needs improvement" and "misrepresentation", are vague and, despite my attempts to resolve these issues, I have received little to no help from Google or the app's support team. It is frustrating and I still do not understand why my account remains suspended.
I have tried to fix this but the lack of clarity and support is disappointing. I was expecting a smoother experience from a platform integrated with Shopify, but instead, it has been a headache.
I like it. It makes it so smooth to connect your store to Google products.
Complications in verifying my business profile, I understand that it is because of safety but responding time is long.
This seems to be easy. But its is saying that my domain name was transferred and it was not. Could you send me an email please to clear this up.

From what I see, it looks like you may have multiple merchant center accounts and one of your other (older) merchant center accounts currently has claimed your website. Double-check the correct merchant center ID is connected in the App, then you can visit that merchant center directly to confirm you want to use it for your website claiming -- the app will do the rest!
They reinstated my account, thanks for the help. I hope in future this not happen again. Rather than that, everything is going fine. :) thanks google ads.

Works well
No conversions or events of any kind are sent to Google, and Shopify provides absolutely zero support. Google also provides zero support. Why even have this? Who is it for, people that don't need to track data?
