doesn't work with custom products. Won't even update new products. Tried to get help but no joy. give up

Terrible app, product feeds showing errors even though all relevant fields are filled in correct. No support that I can find & support pages just have going round in circles.

does not integrate with shopify. When you try sync shopify with google it just redirects you to this page which the google channel has laready been installed

This app was working perfectly and flawlessly. Now any new item that's added to my inventory is not updating. I have custom items with no GTIN and it's still asking for it! It's denied all newly added products adding to google shopping. Not good. Please fix.
It's not working with currencies and Google Shopping banned my account after installing this app with Shopify. Quite ironic!

Stupidly I deleted the old version of Google Shopping -- which WAS WORKING -- and installed this new version.
This new version connects to my Google account, but then thinks that it doesn't have authorization (which it does) so it doesn't allow the account to be configured -- even though it's pulled the info.
Google Shopping / Shopify -- please fix your apps so they are working. It's holiday shopping season. It's bad time of year to mess up a shopping application that was working.
Google doesn't provide enough feedback when products are not approved. A detailed reason for why a product is not approved would be beneficial.

really disappointed with this platform, I advise anyone who is considering advertising to think carefully before choosing this Google, today I am telling you my experience, I paid more than $700 in nothing sometimes they spend 60$ in 30 seconds and I have never had customer service, instead I contact them they respond to me after 5 days to say we can do nothing for you, I don't know if this service is the same everywhere in the world or well only in Morocco in Africa! this is the app.
in addition they say that you are looking for a $250 bonus, I got nothing, I have been in e-commerce for 4 years I tried several advertising platforms and today I tell you that Google is the most zero in terms of customer service in terms of cost of expenditure, and performance, lies...
This app is from Shopify! I don't understand why they make such app that is not working ??
