I've given up trying to sync my shopify products to google shopping. My products never get approved apparently for being "adult related material". Really? Electronics, children's toys, wrist watches, etc.
I guess I will have to turn to paid services.
Hello there and thanks for leaving us feedback. We took a quick glance at your account and it looks "Adult content" was enabled in your Merchant Center Account Settings. This is leading to your disapprovals. If you can confirm your offers are not "Adult content", please navigate to Merchant Center Account Settings and uncheck this box. i used this apps it really helpful, and i hope its help other found what there're looking for as well!.
Google service is good, but the only thing was we were having hard time while syncing the products to google shopping, where it kept on throwing errors requesting GTIN, MPN, BRAND etc, which has lead to slowing down with limited performance of our ads & we don't have those values to provide it to google as all our products are custom made or handcrafted.

Google Product Category Fields doens't work.
No matter what kind of category you fill in... It doens't sync.. so dynamic remarkting doesnt work properly..
Syncing with merchant is very slow... buggy.
Please work on category syncing...
has been working fine till december.31.2022 and then boom just stooped syncing and updating... been with support for the past 2 weeks and nothing, they can't give a straight answer just keep telling me to do the same thing over and over ,, seems like they dont understand what we are talking about. unlinked everything and relinked again and still nothing.. this is very disappointing.... the last thing they told me is just to wait and its just an UI issue , but no its a sync issue

Make sure you have your google ads, merchant center etc., all set up first.
Once that is done it was very easy to set up and connect my store and products to Google. Plus it was free whereas some other feeds apps charge you
Very good installation process. Still waiting for ads results, seems good enough to begin with.
