i really like the potential of this app for business owners
its great and easy to understand and operate
Seems to be easy to set up. I'll know how successful set up was in awhile. I need to be sure the products synced successfully.
Installing the app for my store viveoro.com and the integration with Merchant Center took a bit longer. It doesn't integrate inventory quickly or immediately. I hope at least that Shopify properly integrates the SEO keywords for appearing on Google Shopping

I have used the app to connect my store to google and so far the setup is easy and much less confusing than some I have handled.
I used this app and shortly after my Google My Business profile was suspended. The only thing that changed was using this app. We've had no problems since 2014. Google won't tell me what their problem is now. Awful customer service. We're a brick and mortar bookshop and absolutely qualify. I can only assume this app is to blame. I would avoid it like the plague.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience with the Google channel app. The Google Channel is used to sync product information to your Google Merchant Centre and Google Ads accounts. The channel does not have an association with the Google My Business part of Google's platform, and we do not sync any data to those account types. Works well and simple to use compare to other apps. It would be nice to have more features and auto categorization.
Terrible customer service ! I don know how they even train them but do not waste you time calling them.

The app needs to have an option of selecting which variants a merchant wants to publish to Google Shopping product listing ads. It is a very common scenario where a merchant may not want to publish all variants of a product to Google Shopping. Currently there is no workaround & that means wasted marketing dollars.
Very east to sync the products. Just a few mouse clicks. Awaiting google's review of our product feed.
